Terms & Conditions

Please read below to avoid any misunderstanding:

  • Materials (Fabric) availability are based on current stock shown in the product’s description.
  • Please read and choose the product you want carefully and thoroughly.
  • MyKid Kurung has the right to extend the duration of completion.
  • Order form must be completely filled up accordingly
  • 50% (non-refundable) down payment must be made, AFTER receiving “REQUEST FOR PAYMENT” notice from us.
  • Orders will be canceled if payment is not made within 3 working days.
  • Please provide proof (banking slip/receipt etc.) of payment after the 50% payment has been made.
  • All associated bank transaction fees to be borne by customer (local or overseas order)
  • All associated customs duty or clearance charges to be borne by customer
  • Due to the nature of handmade items (which are unique and limited!!!), MyKid Kurung cannot entertain returns and replacements.
  • Please note that measurements are according to standard kids sizes.
  • MyKid Kurung does not accept refund (except for Out Of Stock items).
  • MyKid Kurung will not be responsible for any damage/loss of the items during delivery.
  • MyKid Kurung reserves the rights to change its terms and conditions without prior notice.
